Classic Collision

I wouldn’t recommend this location. I brought my vehicle to the Matthews shop in February after an accident where I was not at fault. It took three separate visits over the course of five months to complete the repairs. Insurance covered two of my rental cars, and Classic Collision had to absorb the cost of a third. Even after all that, I received my car back with several cosmetic details still overlooked. At this point, it’s simply not worth the ongoing frustration to return again. The lack of accountability and communication made an already difficult situation even more stressful.

The whole process from quote to finished product was stress-free. Phil did a great job...the car looks brand new. I would highly recommend.

An unfortunate situation led me to Classic Collision through my insurance and they took very good care of me. Charlie did a great job of keeping me up to date on the process. My repair included broken glass throughout my car and the team did a great job cleaning it all out and returned my car much cleaner to me then I sent it in, much more than I expected them to do. Appreciate the care they took especially considering the scary circumstances that brought my car in.

The service and work done by Classic was excellent. Do not use the online estimate system (not directly affiliated with Classic) as their estimators are clueless. Just do yourself a favor and go in to Classic to have them look at what you need done and give you a solid quote. These guys worked with me to compromise on the final price of the work because the online estimate was so far off, even though I had provided clear images of the issue. They didn’t have to do that but shows the type of company they run. Great folks.

A friend of mine highly recommended Classic Collision in Matthews after someone hit my Little White Peanut, Lexus RX 330. I arrived at my scheduled appointment and from the moment I entered their office, I knew I would be taken good care of! Tim, who works the front desk, greeted me, pulled up my appointment, and called Phil out to help me. Phil was OUTSTANDING!!! He admitted he was not that excited to look at my 2004 vehicle as we were walking back inside. He asked me, "how long have you owned that car?"
