Meineke Car Care Center

These guys don't play games and are incredibly honest. I've lived in the neighborhood since 2021 and am eternally thankful to have a trustworthy auto shop walking distance from my house. Cannot recommend this particular location highly enough.

I recently had service here and was happy with the results. The service was thorough and fairly quick. The cost was reasonable and fair. Rob gave great customer service and followed up as needed. I would recommend them.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment on the website. I arrived a half hour early the gentleman at the counter told me up front that it would be close to my appointment time before they could start. I appreciated his upfront response, as I sat there I was able to listen to him deal with the customers that cars were finished. He was always professional and courteous. When he talked to me about what they had found he was informative and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again.

My usual mechanic couldn't see me for several days, so I ended up going to Meineke on Independence Blvd in Matthews. I saw bad reviews for Meineke but this specific location had good reviews and they are well deserved. I was able to get a same-day appointment and they took care of me by the end of the day. They were nice, explained everything to me, and they just fixed what was needed without trying to upsell me. I would definitely come back here and recommend this place to my friends.

I was recommended Meineke by a Nissan rep who was assisting me with finding an alternative to the expensive option given at Nissan. My muffler and exhaust pipe fell off after riding on a beaten path in New Bern NC visiting family. I’m so glad they recommended this place. Very reasonable and friendly service. The welder did a great job and was very personable assisting us with what was needed. The car is driving so much better and quieter. I appreciate the craftsmanship of the new exhaust. Also so happy we were offered the $50 off promo deal. Was better than the first responders discount.
