I had my tires (purchased from Discount about 6 months ago) rotated and balanced today. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in just 30 minutes—couldn’t ask for better service!

The managers Caleb and Pablo were patient and did a great job of walking me through options to get the results I wanted outside of standard factory recommendation. The whole team stepped up and truly made the whole experience great.

Took my truck back a third time to have the tires rebalanced. The manager called me back to the balancer and stated that there was nothing he could do to make me happy and refused to help me any further.
