Discount Tire

I have had a lot of problems. I have discount tire in the past, but this location has always been rock solid. It is in a nicer area than the ones I am commonly used to going to and the employees seem to care quite a bit more about what they do. Specifically today, August 8, 2025 I picked up my 1995 Buick roadmaster which I purchased four new tires on for a fair price and they took care with my aluminum rims not to damage them even when balancing which is rather uncommon. They did a good job did not mess any of them up. They even put my metal valve stem caps back on without me specifically asking. They kept the four tires that came off of the car which I had asked them to retain without any …

I had my tires (purchased from Discount about 6 months ago) rotated and balanced today. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I was in and out in just 30 minutes—couldn’t ask for better service!

The managers Caleb and Pablo were patient and did a great job of walking me through options to get the results I wanted outside of standard factory recommendation. The whole team stepped up and truly made the whole experience great.

I had a fantastic experience at Discount Tire! The service was impressively fast — they got me in and out in no time. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, answering all my questions and making sure I felt taken care of. What really stood out was their outstanding customer service. Everyone was friendly, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me. To top it off, they plugged my tire for free — something you don’t see very often these days. It’s clear they care more about building trust than just making a sale. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

Took my truck back a third time to have the tires rebalanced. The manager called me back to the balancer and stated that there was nothing he could do to make me happy and refused to help me any further. I stated I was willing to spend whatever amount of money to make the truck right and he denied helping me. They did refund me my money but left me with a mess. Went to my local mavis today and they balanced the tires with no issue. The pics with all of the weight are from discount tire. The picture with barely any weight is after they were balanced by Mavis. All four took a similar amount of weight. Bottom line....go else where.
