Both customer service people, Luis and Tom were easy to work with. Had an issue with a part delay that was beyond their control. Unfortunately there was a snafu and I wasn't notified that the part came in. They did make sure that when I bought the car back that the part was installed correctly and in an efficient manner. Overall pleased with the service I received.
