It was time to get new tires, and since I was completely satisfied with the ones I already had on my car, I decided to order the exact same model. At that time, the only place that had them in stock was PepBoys, so I placed the order online and paid for it right away. The next day, after waiting for almost two hours, I finally got my car back with the new tires — but... 1. They installed a different tire model, a cheaper one than what I had ordered. I went back to the shop and explained the issue. All the paperwork showed the correct model I had paid for. Firestone, take notes! When I tell you Luis and his crew run a tight ship, I mean it. Found out yesterday that my rear passenger side tire had a massive nail in it. Every single Firestone I called in a 5mi radius said they wouldn't take any walk-ins. Called Pep Boys and Luis said they could fix it no problem. Only $25, they patched my tire in 20 minutes flat, pulled my car around for me. Luis gave me the keys and I got a firm handshake, smile, and a thank you for your business. Truly a fantastic experience!

Both customer service people, Luis and Tom were easy to work with. Had an issue with a part delay that was beyond their control. Unfortunately there was a snafu and I wasn't notified that the part came in. They did make sure that when I bought the car back that the part was installed correctly and in an efficient manner. Overall pleased with the service I received.

I took my 73 Chevy Nova in for two tires and a front end alignment. Manager Tom, Noah and Dave were so fantastic. All of them made me feel comfortable asking questions, they reassured me about the process and any concerns I had. They really went above and beyond and took time to make sure it was all done right. My alignment took lots of extra time due to the age of my vehicle, but they were great at setting my expectations the whole time. They spoke to me in easy to understand language and did not talk down to me, which is important to a woman. They were all very engaging and fun to talk to about old cars. Thank you so much again!

I unfortunately got a rear flat on a Saturday night meaning most places were closed on Sunday. I was able to find a location that was opened, I took the tire off myself and took it to the store in hopes of getting it replaced. The guy at the front of very polite and straightforward letting me know they were pretty booked for Sunday but would try to help me out. Their mechanic was running late even though they open at 9am. The guy at the front told me he’d give me a call if they could help me out. He called me and we had agreed on a specific tire. I went back once the service was done to get the wheel back.
